Shipping Requirements

Before shipping: Marked each part with a marker for location of lights, chrome and seat. There is no point in paying for artwork that is covered up once the bike is assembled.

Once ready to ship: Have the place you are shipping with pack the parts and make sure all parts are insured for the price to replace them if lost or damaged. Black Dog Custom Paint and Airbrush will not be responsible for lost or damaged parts which occur during shipping.

Signature: The shipping company you use to ship the parts to us will need to require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure our telephone number is on the shipping papers or shipping label.

Once the items are shipped email us and let us know to expect the package. Let us know the cost of the ground shipping and we will subtract this amount from your total. If you have any questions about shipping please email or call.

Once the parts are painted and ready to ship back we will let you know when to expect them. They will be insured and require a signature for delivery at your address.
